治未病在孕期及产后常见并发症中应用的进展

摘　　要：孕期及产后的并发症是指妇女在妊娠之后及分娩后出现的疾病,妊娠的早期、中期、晚期分别会出现各期相应的并发症,不但影响孕妇的身体健康,妨碍妊娠的继续和胎儿的正常发育,甚至威胁生命。因此适时、正确地处理好并发症可最大程度地降低对母儿的损害,积极防治并发症是刻不容缓的任务。随着孕妇专业知识方面的增加,其治疗也越来越多地倾向于预防治疗,也是中医"治未病"思想在防治孕期及产后并发症中得到良好应用的体现。Complications of pregnancy are the symptoms and problems associated with both pregnancy and after delivery,related with the whole body systems. These complications may affect the health system of pregnant women and babies, stop pregnancy, or even result in death. Therefore, positive preventive actions could minimize the risk of being exposed to those complications. With professional knowledge of pregnant women, the treatment is more inclined to prevent treatment of disease. The preventive concept in traditional Chinese medical science is greatly applied in those studies.
