摘　　要：目的:归纳总结天仙子的研究概况。方法:收集整理天仙子的国内外研究文献,对天仙子的化学成分、含量分析、药理作用、不良反应和炮制研究等方面进行文献综述。结果:天仙子在化学和药理学方面取得了一定的研究成果,但在炮制原理研究方面尚缺少系统研究。结论:为进一步研究天仙子的化学成分、不良反应、炮制机理及质量标准提供科学依据。Objective：To summarize the researches on the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L. Methods： The research articles of the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger were collected and summarized in the aspects of chemical constituents, chemical analysis, pharmacology, toxicity, processing, and so on. Results ： Some studies on chemistry and pharmacology of the seeds of Hyoseyamus niger have obtained some results. But there is a few study on processing mechanism, Conclusion： This article provides a scientific basis for further study on this herb.
