摘  要:目的:通过线栓法造成大鼠局灶性脑梗死,观察寒性药物豨莶草提取物对大鼠脑梗死的保护作用。方法:将大鼠分为4组,分别为模型组,阳性药物尼莫地平12mg/kg组,假手术组,豨莶草提取物7g生药/kg给药组。灌胃给药,观察药物对大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型脑梗死面积、行为学指标、血清SOD,MDA含量等指标变化的影响。结果:豨莶草提取物可减小模型动物梗死面积,对行为学指标有一定的降低趋势、血清SOD,MDA含量等指标有一定的影响,但不具有统计学差异。结论:豨莶草提取物对大鼠脑梗死可能具有一定的保护作用。Objective : To discuss the protective effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae extraction on the rats of cerebral infraction. Methods :24 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, that is shamoperation group, model group, Herba Sieges- beckiae extraction group and nimodipine control group. MCAO model was induced by a middle cerebral artery occlusion, preparation of 7g/kg Herba Siegesbeckiae extraction was given orally, and infarct area, ethological index, SOD and MDA in serum were observed. Results : Comparing with the model group, infarct area and ethological index in the Herba Sieges- beckiae extraction group tended to decrease, whereas there were no remarkable changes of SOD and MDA. Conclusion: 7g/kg of Herba Siegesbeckiae orally has a protective tendency on MCAO rats.
