国际惯例与法律对信用证出口单据管控模式的研究

摘　　要：制度管控是风险管理中的一个重要管控措施,信用证结算风险管控的制度管控措施包括国际惯例管控措施与法律管控措施,而国际惯例管控又包括了行为主体的管控和行为客体的管控。本文基于UPC600探讨了我国出口企业信用证结算客体——出口单据的管控模式。Using rules to control risk is a important method economics and management domains. The ways of L/C rule control include international rules and laws. In the same time, international rules risk control need to face on behavior subject and behavior object two aspects. The essay has investigated L/C risk control model based on UPC600.
