摘 要:为了提高环氧材料的性能,利用硅溶胶与有机硅单体接枝反应,制备兼有有机物和无机物优点的SiO2-有机硅新型共聚物,用其改性环氧树脂E-44,并以改性的E-44为基料,制备了富锌防腐蚀涂料,通过红外光谱、热失重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对改性的E-44及其富锌涂料涂层进行了表征。结果表明:当SiO2-有机硅共聚物和E-44质量比为6∶4时,其富锌涂料涂层有良好的附着力、硬度、冲击强度、柔韧性,该涂料比传统E-44涂料具有更好的防腐蚀性和耐高温性。A kind of silica-organosilicon copolymer with advantages of both inorganic and organic compounds was synthesized by condensation polymerization of silica sol and organosilicon monomers.Resultant silica-organosilicon copolymer was adopted to modify epoxy resin E-44.As-obtained modified epoxy resin was used as a matrix to prepare Zn-rich paint and coating.The structure,morphology and thermal stability of the Zn-rich modified epoxy resin paint and coating were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.It was found that when the mass ratio of silica-organosilicon copolymer to E-44 was 6∶4,resultant Zn-rich modified epoxy resin coating possessed good adhesion,hardness,anti-impact strength and toughness,as well as better anticorrosion behavior and thermal stability than conventional E-44 coating.
