摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,采用改进的水热法制备了沸石粉体,用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征,考察了合成沸石对品红的吸附性能并对比分析了合成沸石、粉煤灰和石英吸附品红的效果.结果表明,产物结晶度高,主要晶相为SOD型沸石,还有少量石英;粉煤灰原料中的玻璃漂珠已完全消失,新形成的沸石产物具有花瓣状形貌;合成沸石对品红具有良好的吸附性能,品红脱色率随pH升高而降低,随合成沸石用量和作用时间增加而增加;合成沸石对品红的吸附效果明显地优于粉煤灰和石英,起主要吸附作用的是SOD沸石.phase and SOD-type zeolite was synthesized from fly ash through a modified hydrothermal method. The morphology of the synthesized sample was characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Performance for adsorption by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and of acid fuchsine in water by thesynthesized sample was investigated and comparative research on adsorption of acid fuchsine in water by the synthesized sample, quartz and fly ash was conducted in this study. Results indicate that the synthesized powder sample was well crystallized and the main phase was SOD-type zeolite, with minorquartz as impurity. Floating beads disappeared thoroughly in the synthesized sample, whose morphology was like beautiful petals. The synthesized sample could effectively adsorb acid fuchsine from aquatic environments. The fuchsine discoloration ratios increased by increasing synthesized sample dosage,contact time and by decreasing pH, respectively. The efficiency of adsorption of fuchsine by the synthesized sample was much better than that by fly ash and quartz. SOD-type zeolite in the synthesized sample was responsible for the fuchsine adsorption.
