三氯化铈掺杂聚苯胺电致变色器件的制备与表征

摘  要:利用恒电位法在ITO导电玻璃表面制备了三氯化铈掺杂聚苯胺薄膜,该薄膜比未掺杂三氯化铈的薄膜更加光滑致密、附着力更好,用该薄膜组装成了电致变色器件,器件具有深蓝色–蓝色–蓝绿色–黄绿色–浅黄色的颜色变化。The polyaniline film doped with CeCl3 was prepared on ITO conductive glass surface with constant potential method, this film was more smooth and compact and had better adhesive force than the film without CeCl3. Electrochromic device was prepared by this film, it showed the colour of the device changed between the dark bule-blue-cyan-kelly and buff.
