摘　　要：以厚壁圆盘为例,详细论述了Moldflow在注射压缩成型中的应用过程。通过模拟分析确定了浇注系统,得到了注射压缩成型厚壁塑料制品的最大注塑压力、缩痕分布情况、冷却时间和引起翘曲变形的主要因素,从而为注射压缩成型模具结构设计及工艺参数设置提供一定的指导。The application of Moldflow software in injection-compression molding was expounded in detail with a thick-wall disk as an example. The gating system, maximum injection pressure, distribution of shrinkage mark, cooling time and main factor that caused warping deformation of thick-wall plastic part prepared by injection-compression molding were gained through simulation analysis. The use of Moldflow could guide the mold structure design and technics parameters setting of injection-compression molding.
