摘  要:通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)制备了嵌段共聚物聚氧化乙烯(PEO-b-聚苯乙烯(PS)),将PEO-b-PS与PS溶液共混成膜,使用接触角测试仪(CA)和原子力显微镜(AFM)考察了PEO-b-PS含量与共混薄膜表面形貌及性能之间的关系。研究发现,嵌段共聚物在薄膜中发生微相分离并在薄膜表面形成PEO微相区,随PEO-b-PS含量增加,薄膜表面PEO相区尺寸增大,但分布密度下降。通过共混薄膜表面形貌的变化,解释了共混薄膜的亲水性和表面张力随PEO-b-PS含量增加的变化趋势。Biblock copolymer of ethylene oxide and styrene (PEO-b-PS) was synthesized using atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) technique, and the blending films of PEO-b-PS/PS were prepared by spin coating from CHCl3 solution. The measurements of contact angle (CA) and atomic force microscopy(AFM) for the blending films were conducted in order to investigate the relations between PEO-b-PS content and the surface properties and morphologies of the film. It is observed from the AFM phase contrast images that PEO microtlomains are formed via microphase separation in the films. With the increase of PEO-b-PS content, the size of the PEO microdomains increases, but the distribution density of the PEO microdomains reduces. The variation of the hydrophilicity and the surface tension of the films with the PEO-b-PS content was explained based on the change of the surface morphology of the blending films.
