摘  要:以茶碱为模板分子,铜离子为配体、4-乙烯吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)基膜上采用表面涂覆热聚合的方法制备了金属配位分子印迹膜,通过平衡结合实验研究了印迹膜对茶碱的结合性能和结合选择性。结果表明,铜离子的配位作用能提高印迹膜的结合性,在茶碱浓度为0.2 mmol/L时结合量从1.61μmol/g提高到了2.69μmol/g。在铜离子配位的作用下印迹膜对茶碱的结合能力高于同样化学组成的非印迹膜。相比于可可碱印迹膜对茶碱有较好的选择性,在浓度为0.05 mmol/L时选择性达到了2.39。Metal-complexing theophylline molecular imprinted membranes were prepared on the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane substrate through the surface coated thermal polymerization method using theophylline (THO) as a template, Cu^2+ as a ligand, 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a cross-linker. The binding capacities and selectivity of imprinted membranes and non- imprinted membranes towards THO were investigated by equilibrium binding experiments. The results show that the binding capacity is increased in the coordination of Cu^2+ , from 1.61 μmol/g to 2.69μmol/g at THO concentration 0.2 mmol/L. The binding capacity by imprinted membrane is distinctly enhanced in the coordination of Cu^2+, compared with non-imprinted membranes. The selectivity of THO differentiated from Theobro mine (TB) can reach 2.39 at concentration 0.15 mmol/L.
