摘  要:目的:通过对中药煮散的全面综述,回顾煮散的历史、阐述煮散的现状、展望煮散的前景。方法:对近10年来有关中药煮散的研究文献进行总结,以实验的方式对煮散和传统饮片汤剂的制备进行比较研究。结果:应用中药煮散不论单方或复方煎出率都高于传统饮片。实验显示,在相同条件下,煮散较之传统饮片汤剂的制备可有效的节省药材二分之一以上;减少煎煮时间3/4以上,同时煮散的煎出率高于传统饮片。煮散较传统饮片既节省了药材、能源,又提高了煎煮质量。结论:"煮散"所具有的煎出率高,节省药材;煎煮时间短,节省能源等优势应得到不断发掘,这一研究不仅对祖国医学的传承与发展有着重要的意义,也对解决中医界目前面临中药材缺乏的重大问题,有着不可忽视的作用。Objective: reviewing the history,expounding the current situation and outlooking the future of boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine through Comprehensive review.Methods: summarizing the literature of almost 10 years on boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine,and doing a comparative study reasonably between the preparation of the traditional decotion pieces and the boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine by the way of experiments.Results: compared with the traditional method of preparing Chinese medicine decoction,boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine can save the medicine source of more than 1/3 and the preparing time of more than 2/3,and at the same time the fried rate of it is much higher,whether its target is Single herb medicine or Many kinds of medicine.in a word,compared with the traditional method of preparing Chinese medicine decoction,boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine saves energy and improves the quality of decoction.Conclusion: the advantage of highly fried rate and short preparing time of boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine should be constantly explored.This research not only have the vital significance on motherland medicine inheritance and development,but also can solve the problems that the traditional Chinese medicine currently facing which should not be ignored.
