摘　　要：目的:探讨众生丸生产工艺过程中所存在的问题及解决方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定众生丸提取工艺过程中芍药苷、虎杖苷、黄芩苷的转移率,分析众生丸生产过程中提取工艺的影响因素。结果:动态提取是保证实际生产、还原实验室工艺研究结果的重要条件。结论:有针对性地分析研究实际生产所产生的影响因素可保证有效成分的提取率,为众生丸实际生产提供了参考。This study was aimed to discuss possible existed problems in the production process of Zhongsheng pills and the solving methods.Factors which affect the extraction process of Zhongsheng pills were analyzed by HPLC.The retention rate of paeoniflorin,polydatin and baicalin were determined.The results showed that dynamic extraction is one of the important conditions to ensure that the production is consistent with the experimental study.It is concluded that by analyzing targeted research factors in the production process,the extraction rate of active ingredients are ensured.This study provides references for the production of Zhongsheng pills.
