利用文本挖掘技术探索中西医治疗骨质疏松症的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:利用文本挖掘技术,探索中、西医治疗骨质疏松症的用药规律,以及中成药与西药联合应用情况。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中收集治疗骨质疏松症的相关文献,建立Microsoft Access数据库,运用Microsoft SQL Server对数据进行处理,结合人工降噪后,分析中西医对骨质疏松症的治疗用药规律。结果:左归丸、六味地黄丸、骨松宝颗粒、右归丸、肾骨胶囊等为治疗骨质疏松文献中出现的高频中成药。中草药淫羊藿、熟地黄、黄芪、骨碎补、丹参、补骨脂、葛根、当归、杜仲等是治疗骨质疏松文献中出现的高频药物;淫羊藿、熟地黄为中药配伍的核心药物,具有补肾健脾、活血养血的功效,是中医治疗骨质疏松的主要药物。雌激素、维生素D、钙剂、降钙素等西药是治疗骨质疏松文献中出现的高频药物。雌激素与左归丸、六味地黄丸联用是最常用的中西药组合。结论:从文献报告频数方面提示了中西医治疗骨质疏松的用药规律,为临床应用和基础研究提供参考。This study was aimed to explore rules of Chinese patent medicine,western medicine,together with their combination rules used in the treatment of osteoporosis by text mining.Data on osteoporosis was queried and downloaded from SinoMed on March,2011.After transferring semi-structured data into Microsoft SQL Server,the algorithm of data slicing based on frequency analysis was applied.Some simple and meaningful networks were achieved.Data of these networks were imported into Cytoscape and visualized.The results showed that in the treatment of osteoporosis,Chinese patent medicine,such as Zuogui pills,Liuwei Dihuang pills,Gusongbao granules,Yougui pills,and Shengu capsule,are widely used in the clinical practice.Chinese herbal medicine,such as Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmannia,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Drynariae,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Fructus Psoraleae,Radix Puerariae,Radix Angelica,and Cortex Eucommiae,are frequently shown in articles on osteoporosis.Herba Epimedii and Radix Rehmannia are major herbal medicine and most frequently used in the herbal combination.The most important treatment method of osteoporosis is to strengthen the kidney and spleen together with activate and nourish blood.Among all western medicine,estrogen agents,Vitamin D,calcium,and thyrocalcitonin are most frequently used in the treatment of osteoporosis.In this paper,rules of Chinese patent medicine and western medicine used in the treatment of osteoporosis were concluded.The combination between Chinese patent medicine and western medicine was also calculated for the clinical application and basic research reference.
