摘　　要：介绍了几种典型的耐高温漆包线漆的研究进展,重点介绍了聚酰亚胺漆应用于耐高温电子元器件的综合性能优势、制备与应用研究,以及聚酰亚胺分子结构改性设计的思路。The research progress of several typical high temperature resistant wire enamels was introduced briefly. The performance advantages, preparation and application of polyimide enamel applied in heat temperature resistant electronic components were mainly presented, and an idea in the modification design of polyimide molecular structure was put forwarded.
