摘　　要：总结施红教授治疗糖尿病的临证思维及经验。认为糖尿病分为脾虚痰湿、阴虚燥热、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚证型。治疗上予以“益气健脾，祛痰化浊，滋阴补肾，清热利湿，调理肠胃、疏肝解郁、温肾益阳”等法，均取得良好效果。This paper introduces Professor Shi Hong＇ s clinical experience in treating diabetic mellitus. Professor Shi Hong sug- gests that Diabetes is divided into Syndromes of Phlegm-dampness,Extreme Heat due to Yin Deficiency,Qi-Yin Deficiency and Yin and Yang Deficiency .She is good at using method of Replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, expectorant and turbidity, nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney, clearing heat and removing dampness and moisture, conditioning intestines, relieving the depressed liver, nourishing and warming kidney-yang, and so on ,they all have achieved good results.
