摘  要:在商务环境中,与交谈、书写以及阅读相比,倾听是最频繁的交流方式。然而当今时代到处充斥着"噪音"和所谓的"效率",人人都急于表达自己,这样就很容易让人忽视其他人说什么,而自己开始滔滔不绝。意识到倾听的重要性,倾听有助于个人关系的建立以及确保公司或组织的任务得以有效执行。另外,倾听对一个人的事业发展有莫大的帮助。本论文目的在于改善商务课程中学生与教师以及已进入商务领域人士的倾听技巧。为达成这一目的,本作者提出了有效倾听的具体方法。In business settings, listening is the most frequent type of communication, more than speaking, writing, or reading. Yet today, with all the noises, so-called "efficiency", and the urge to express oneself, one could easily ignore what others are saying and talk without stopping. Re- alization of the need of effective listening is important, for it helps build strong Personal relationships and aids the organization in carrying out its mission. In addition, effective listening helps individual to advance in their careers. In the paper, the author aims to improve the listening qual- ity of students, teachers in business classes and people who have already entered business circle. As a conclusion, specific steps or ways effective listening have been put forward to assist this purpose.
