摘 要:为了保证墨西哥EPC油田施工井的井身轨迹质量,提高钻井效率,并有效避免井下事故的发生,研究开发了大度数可复合钻进动力钻具技术。在充分认识施工难点的基础上,研究了大度数可复合钻进动力钻具的结构及性能特点,并优选了高效PDC钻头型号。现场5口井的试验结果表明,采用大度数可复合钻进动力钻具技术完成斜井段施工仅需要1趟钻,比试验前平均每口井节约82.2 h;该技术可以大大缩短钻井周期,提高钻井时效,从而节约钻井成本,同时也说明该技术对该地区同类型井的施工有较高的推广应用价值。To ensure the trajectory quality of the wellbore of the construction well in Mexican EPC oilfield, im- prove drilling efficiency and effectively prevent the occurrence of downhole accident, the technology of large-angle compound drilling power drills was studied. After a full understanding of the construction difficulties, the structure and properties of the power drills were studied and the high-efficiency PDC bit model was optimized. The field test of 5 wells shows that only one-trip drilling is needed if the technology of the power drills is adopted to complete the construction of deviated interval. Compared with the construction before the test, 82.2 h are saved for each well. The technology can shorten the drilling cycle remarkably, improving drilling efficiency and saving large costs. Meanwhile, it shows that the technology is of high value in spread and application in wells of the same kind in this region.
