摘 要:金属磁记忆方法通过记录地磁场作用下金属构件表面的漏磁场信息,可对构件微观缺陷和应力与变形集中区进行辨识。应用自主研发的防喷器磁记忆检测装置开展了现场检测试验研究,测试了该检测装置的可行性与可靠性,并对防喷器各类缺陷与损伤检测信号进行了辨别分析。分析结果表明,采用磁记忆方法进行防喷器壳体、内腔及密封部件检测在技术上是可行的;磁记忆信号特征可反映防喷器不同部位的各类缺陷与损伤情况,可以用磁记忆信号来确定防喷器不同部位的缺陷与损伤状况。The metal magnetic memory method can identify the micro-defect and stress of the metal component part and the deformation concentration zone by means of recording the leakage field information concerning the sur- face of the component part under the effect of geomagnetic field. The independently developed magnetic memo~~ in- spection device for blowout preventer was applied to conduct the on-the-spot inspection research. The feasibility and reliability of the device were tested. The identification and analysis of the defects of the blowout preventer and the damage inspection signals were carried out. The findings show that it is feasible to use the magnetic memory method to detect the shell, chamber and sealing parts of the BOP. The characteristics of the magnetic memory signals can reflect various kinds of defects and damages of the BOP in its different parts. The magnetic memory signals can be used to determine the defects and damages of the different parts of the BOP.
