摘　　要：鉴于目前国内还没有对防喷器运行状态进行在线监测的仪器或装置,为确保防喷器运行状态安全,研制了闸板防喷器承压件在线监测装置。该装置是通过安装在闸板防喷器腔体内部及壳体上的传感器,监测其内部工作压力、油路开关压力、内部温度和关键部位形变参数,实现了对闸板防喷器在出厂前、井控车间和钻井现场全过程监管。还能对各种超规范工作环境及超安全极限进行报警,提高了现场闸板防喷器运行的可靠性。试验及应用结果表明,该装置能满足井控车间各种试验的数据监测及意外着火情况下数据保存的要求,提高了防喷器安全管理水平。there is currenny no instrument or oevlce WHICH can conduct an oinlile IIlOnl[orlilg Ol IIl~ op^ratlIlg condition of the blowout preventer in China. Considering the fact, the online monitoring device for the pressure- bearing structure of flashboard blowout preventer was developed so as to ensure the safety of the blowout preventer operation. The device depends on the sensor installed in the cavity and on the shell of the preventer to monitor the internal operating pressure of the device, the oil circuit switch pressure, the internal temperature and the deforma- tion parameters of the key parts. As a result the process monitoring of the preventer is achieved before it comes off the production line, in the well control workshop and in the drilling field. The alarming of various supergauge oper- ating environment and super-safety limit can also be conducted and thus the operating reliability of the on-the-spot flashboard blowout preventer has been improved. The result of the experiment and application shows that the device can satisfy the requirement of data saving in data monitoring of various experiments in the well control workshop and accidental fire. The safety management of the preventer has been improved.
