摘　　要：BYJ18-21/35带压作业机是在国外同类成熟带压作业机结构的基础上,结合国内油田实际井况而研制的带压作业装备。介绍了该带压作业机的主要技术参数、关键部件、工作原理、结构特点及试验情况等。试验情况表明,该作业机具有整体配套性好、功能齐全、各部件协调性高和操作灵活可靠等特点,完全能够满足国内油田的实际作业需要,具有广阔的应用前景。Model BYJ18 -21/35 snubbing service unit was developed with regard to the practical well condition of domestic oilfields on the basis of the mature product of the same kind abroad. The paper introduces the major technological parameters, key component parts, operating principle, structural characteristics of the machine. The experimental findings show that the machine is characterized by desirable whole integration, complete functions, high coordination of component parts and flexible and reliable operation. It can completely satisfy the requirement of the practical operation of domestic oilfields and thus it has bright prospects of application.
