摘 要:针对扩张式封隔器在应用中存在压力波动及停注时自动解封,易造成各层之间窜通的问题,研制了K344(1)-112密闭扩张式封隔器。该封隔器在注水压力波动及关井停注时依然保持密封状态,解决了层间窜通问题。设计了2种解封方法:一是反洗井解封法,二是上提管柱解封法,方便实用。注水时封隔件轴向压缩,有效缓解胶筒端部应力集中,提高密封效果,延长封隔器使用寿命。该封隔器在胜利油田的53口分层注水井中进行试验应用,施工成功率100%。封隔器封隔可靠,可防止层间窜通。2种解封方式解封可靠,能满足反洗井和起管柱作业的要求。As far as the expansion packer is concerned, there exist pressure fluctuation and automatic unsetting during the injection suspension, which will cause interlayer channeling. Considering this problem, the K344 (1) - 112 airtight expansion packer was developed. The packer is kept in sealing state in pressure fluctuation of water injection and shut-in injection suspension, so the problem of interlayer channeling has been solved. Two unsetting methods were designed. One method is reverse well flushing unsetting method; the other is string-lift unsetting method. The packer is subject to axial compression in water injection, thus stress concentration on the packer rub- ber end is effectively relieved and the service life of the packer is lengthened. The packer was applied to 53 sepa- rate-layer injection wells in Shengli Oilfield in the experiment with a 100% success rate of operation. The packing of the packer is reliable and interlayer channeling can be prevented. The two unsetting methods are reliable in unset- ting and they can satisfy the requirement of backwashing and string tripping.
