摘 要:为解决水平井注蒸汽测试中高温高压下动密封和连续管注入头超温问题,成功研制了水平井注蒸汽测试井口防喷密封装置。该装置采用二级密封及长密封段自密封方式,采用耐高温氟橡胶、碳纤维及钢垫的组合形式做密封件,采用耐350℃高温导热油自动控制加压密封件,采用水循环冷却管给连续管、密封系统降温,可确保起下时注入头不超温和施工安全。在测试起下过程中,2口水平井井口注汽压力均在13 MPa以上,井口防喷密封装置未发生蒸汽泄漏,注入头处温度低于120℃,完全可以满足高温高压下用连续管测试施工要求。To solve the problem of dynamic sealing in steam injection testing in horizontal holes and the temper- ature rise of the injector head of coiled tubing unit, the wellhead blowout prevention and sealing device for steam injection testing in horizontal holes was successfully developed. The device adopts methods of two-stage seal, long seal and self-seal. The high temperature-resistant sealing element is a combination of fluororubber, carbon fiber and steel cushion. The automatic control pressurized sealing element of 350 ~C temperature-resistant and heat conducting oil is adopted. The water circulation cooling pipe is used to cool the coiled tubing and sealing system to ensure the temperature of the injector head not rising in tripping. The wellhead steam injection pressure in 2 horizontal holes is over 13 MPa in the testing and tripping process. There is no leakage of steam with the wellhead blowout prevention and sealing device. The temperature at the injector head is less than 120 ~C. All these can completely satisfy the re- quirements of testing with coiled tubing under high temperature and high pressure.
