阿维A联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿维A胶囊与润燥止痒胶囊联合治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机分组试验方法将84例患者分为2组。治疗组口服阿维A胶囊联合润燥止痒胶囊,对照组单纯口服阿维A胶囊,同时2组均外用卡泊三醇。疗程均为8周。于治疗前后分别做银屑病严重程度指数(PASI)积分评测。结果①两组治疗后PASI积分均降低,治疗前后积分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗组有效率为88.1%,对照组为66.7%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论阿维A联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病疗效确切,能明显减轻阿维A所致的皮肤口唇干燥及瘙痒等不良反应。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety with Acitretin capsule and Runzao Zhiyang capsule treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with Acitretin capsule and Runzao Zhiyang capsule,and the control group was treated only with Acitretin capsule,meanwhile two groups were topically treated by calcipotriol.All the courses were eight weeks.PASI evaluation was done before and after treatment.Results ①After treatment,PASI points of two groups were lower.There was significant difference before and after treatment（P0.05）.②The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.1%,66.7% for the control group.Two groups had significant differences in the efficiency（P0.05）.Conclusion Acitretin capsule and Runzao Zhiyang capsule is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and this could significantly reduce Acitretin-induced skin dry,itchy and other adverse reactions.
