摘　　要：目的总结分析我院通过手术切开复位、AO双钢板法内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的病例资料,探讨其手术疗效。方法采集2003～2006年我院采用双钢板内外侧内固定手术治疗复杂肱骨髁间骨折病例25例,其中按AO的Muller分型:C1型8例,C2型6例,C3型11例,总结分析其手术效果。结果本组25例均解剖复位,肘关节功能按改良Cassebaum标准评估,优12例,良9例,可3例,差1例。结论 AO双钢板法内固定是治疗复杂肱骨髁间骨折的理想手术方式。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intercondylar comminuted fractures of humerus with open reduction and internal fixation with AO double plate.Methods From 2003 to 2006,25 patients with intercondylar comminuted fractures of humerus were treated with open reduction and double plate internal fixation through the bilateral triceps brachii approach.According to the classification of AO type,there were 8 cases of C1 type,6 cases of C2 type and 11 cases of C3 type.The surgical effect was evaluated.Results All 25 cases were achieved anatomy reduction.Depending on Cassebaum function assessment system,the curative effect was excellent in 12 cases,good in 9,fair in 3 and poor in 1.Conclusion AO double plate internal fixation through the bilateral triceps brachii approach is an ideal surgical way for intercondylar comminuted fractures of humerus.
