摘　　要：手术是治疗胸椎管狭窄症(TSS)唯一有效的选择,而胸椎管狭窄症病因及发病机制较多,手术减压方式选择、合并骨化块与硬膜囊黏连的处理方法以及是否行内固定的安放存在争议。本文就手术治疗胸椎管狭窄症的最新进展做一综述。Surgery is the only treatment option for patients with thoracic spinal stenosis.The etiology and pathogenesis of thoracic spinal stenosis are varied.The choice of surgical decompression methods and the management of epidural adhesion associated with ossification have been controversial as well as the placement of internal fixation.The article reviews the new development of surgical treatment of thoracic spinal stenosis.
