脑利钠肽对实验兔血管重塑及血清C-反应蛋白的影响

摘  要:目的探讨脑利钠肽对损伤的动脉血管壁血管重塑与血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法将20只雄性新西兰大白兔按随机数字表法分为两组,构建兔髂动脉的球囊损伤模型。术后对照组只喂标准兔饲料,实验组喂标准兔饲料+脑利钠肽0.1mg/(kg·d),皮下注射20d。术前、誉后4周分别取静脉血耷血清C-反应蛋白浓度。术后4周,活体取损伤的动脉组织,制作常规病理切片。采用天地公司TD2000病理图像分析系统测定血管重塑的各项指标。结果实验组内弹力膜下面积、外弹力膜下面积较对照组增大[(643.2±134.06)μm^2VS(493.7±139.32)μm^2;(1495.1±204.98))μm^VS(1265.94±232.56)μm^2,P〈0.05]。实验组残余管腔面积、面积狭窄率与对照组差异有统计学意义[(519.14±93.47))μm^vs(308.6.4±86.50))μm^;(18.684±7.72))μm^vs(38.044±8.32)μm^2,P〈0.01]。两组中膜面积差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实验组术后4周血清C-反应蛋白浓度较对照组明显降低。结论脑利钠肽可改善兔髂动脉球囊损伤后血管重塑,其机制与脑利钠肽抑制炎症反应有关。Objective To reveal the relation between rhBNP and vascular remodeling, the relation between rhBNP and levels of serum high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP). Methods 20 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. All the rabbits were constructed to be models of angioplasty with BC. After injury, the control group were feed with standard forage, the rhBNP group receivedstandard forage plus sibcutaneous rhBNP [0. lmg/( kg · day) ,20 days]. The rabbits were killed 4weeks after initial injury. The injured segments were dissected free from arteria iliaca externa, processed for histolog- ical and morphological study by TI) 2000 analysis system of pathology image. The data of vascular remode- ling was determined. The levels of hs-CRP were measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment.Results There was significant difference in AUIEM and AUEEM[(643.2±134.06)μm^2VS(493.7±139.32)μm^2;(1495.1±204.98))μm^VS(1265.94±232.56)μm^2,P〈0.05]., extremely significant difference in residual cavity areas and ratios of stenosis[(519.14±93.47))μm^vs(308.6.4±86.50))μm^;(18.684±7.72))μm^vs(38.044±8.32)μm^2,P〈0.01]. There was no significant difference between the areas of media ( P 〉 0. 05). rhBNP reduced the levels of hs-CRP on the 28th day. Condusions rhBNP can benefit vascular remodeling after angioplasty which might be through its anti - inflammatory action.
