技术创新与皖北经济增长关系的实证分析

摘　　要：分析了皖北地区经济增长的概况,依据2000-2009年间皖北地区的生产总值、劳动力数量、R&D资金、R&D人员等相关数据,利用回归分析方法,得出技术创新在皖北经济增长中所起的作用并不是很明显的结论。由于皖北地区是粗放型的经济增长,资本和劳动力投入是该地区经济发展的主要依靠。发挥技术创新在皖北地区经济增长中更加有力的作用,必须发挥政府在皖北技术创新中的推动作用,利用好人才资源,努力形成以企业为中心的技术创新体系,以促进皖北地区创新资源的合理配置和提高区域创新的能力和效率。Based on the GDP data,the amount of RD labor,RD investment and personnel of the northern Anhui from 2000 to 2009,this paper analyzes the profile of economic growth in northern Anhui,which comes to the conclusion that the technological innovation is not obvious in the economic development of the region according to the Regression Analysis Method.In northern Anhui,the economic growth mode is extensive,economic development in the region rely mainly on capital and labor inputs.To play stronger role for technological innovation in economic growth in northern Anhui,government must be fully involved in the process,making full use of the resources of human talents,trying hard to form the technical innovation system which enterprise is the center,so as to promote the reasonable allocation of innovation resources and improve the regional innovative ability and efficiency.
