金银花扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以四倍体金银花1～2 a生木质化枝条为试材,研究插穗蘸取根宝2号+遮阳网,插穗蘸取根宝2号、无遮阳网,仅有遮阳网,既无遮阳网、也没蘸取根宝2号4种条件对金银花扦插效果的影响。结果表明,插穗在蘸取根宝2号并有遮阳网的条件下,扦插效果最好,既无根宝2号、又没遮阳网的扦插效果最差。The lignified branches of annual tetraploid Lonicera japonica Thunb.were used as test materials,we studied effect of cutting on the tetraploid Lonicera japonica Thunb.under following four conditions： cuttings dipped Genbao 2 plus shade net;cuttings dipped Genbao 2,no shade net;only shade net;and neither shade net nor dipping Genbao 2.The results showed that the cuttings dipped Genbao 2 with a shade net was the best cutting condition,while neither Genbao 2 nor shade net the worst.
