玉米苗枯病病原菌的分离及鉴定

摘　　要：对引起山西昔阳县玉米苗枯病的病原菌进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定,根据分生孢子形态和萌发特性将该菌鉴定为串珠镰刀菌(F.moniliforme);并采用分子生物学方法,对该病菌rDNA-ITS的扩增与序列进行测定,测得序列与F.moniliforme同源性为100%。Morphology and molecular biological characteristics of the pathogen for Fusarium moniliforme,and the pathogen ITS region sequences were analyzed,the isolates of PCR amplification product by agarose gel electrophoresis,have 1 about 600 bp fragments,as determined by serial,determine the fragment length is 592 bp,and the gene bank of Fusarium moniliforme gene sequence alignment,further confirmed that the pathogenic bacteria for Fusarium moniliforme.
