从生态政治视角把握生态安全的政治意蕴

摘　　要：生态与政治的联姻推动着生态政治的形成与发展。生态政治的重大价值追求是生态安全。生态安全观作为一种有别于传统安全观的新安全观,也是一种新的政治观和新的人权观,对于政治价值观、政治结构、政府职能、政治稳定以及公民社会的建构都具有重要影响。执政党的生态执政观、生态型政府建设、生态型公民社会的培育,是推动生态安全的重要因素。生态安全理念建设、生态安全制度建设以及生态安全行为建设形成强有力的合力,推动着生态安全保障型社会的到来。AThe combination of ecology and politics promotes the formation and development of ecological politics. What ecological politics pursues is the ecological security, a new concept of security, quite different from the traditional one. As a new concept of politics and human rights, the ecological security attaches great importance to the political value, the political structure, the function of the government, the political stability and the construction of civil society. Our party~ ruling concept, ecological government construction, and ecological cultivation of civil society are the major factors that promote the ecological security. The constructions of ecological security concept, ecological security system, and ecological safety behavior form a strong force to develop an ecological security society.
