摘 要:探讨了加氮处理对7个不同种群的紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum)(3个入侵地中国种群,3个原产地墨西哥种群和1个印度种群)叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,加氮显著提高了所有种群紫茎泽兰光合色素含量水平。种群M3光合色素含量对氮响应最大,说明该种群可能对高氮生境有更强的适应能力;种群C3、M1、M2、C1和I对氮响应适中;种群C2光合色素含量对氮处理的响应最小,这可能与该种群来源于较低海拔生境有关。The response of chlorophyll content of 7 different Eupatorium adenophorum populations (3 from Mexico,3 from China and 1 from India) to nitrogen treatment was studied.The results showed that photosynthetic pigments content in all E.adenophorum populations with nitrogen treatment was significantly higher than that without,indicating that all 7 populations were responsive to nitrogen while the response degrees were different.Population M3 showed the strongest response to nitrogen treatment as the photosynthetic pigment content increased most significantly.Population C3,M1,M2,C1,and I responded moderately to nitrogen treatment.Population C2 had the least response to nitrogen,probably because it was collected from relatively lower altitude.
