贵阳市乌当区杨梅产业发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：杨梅[Myrica rubra(Lour.)Sieb.et Zucc.]产业是集经济和生态效益于一体的特色产业。通过对贵阳市乌当区杨梅产业基地、产业布局、产业管理和产业品牌等现状及存在的问题进行调查研究,运用SWOT分析方法对该地区杨梅产业的发展优势、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行了分析,并提出了促进该地区杨梅产业可持续发展的对策与建议。Myrica rubra industry is a characteristic industry with both economic and ecological benefit.The status and existing problems of Myrica rubra industrial base,distribution and management were studied in Wudang district of Guiyang city.By using the method of SWOT,a thorough analysis on strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats（SWOT） for Myrica rubra industry development in study area was given,and sustainable development countermeasures of Myrica rubra industry in Wudang District were brought out.
