摘　　要：木瓜为中国道地药材,内含黄酮、鞣质、多糖等药理成分,药效多样,然而其成分复杂、理化性质不稳定,导致药理成分的提取工艺不易掌握,就其活性成分的提取工艺研究进展展开综述,为后续的研究及应用提供参考。Papaya is a genuine Chinese medicine containing flavone, tannin, polysaccharide and other pharmacological ingre- dients with multiple effieacies. However, the exaction process of pharmacology component was not easy to master because its complex composition and unstable physicochemical property. The research progress of papaya active ingredient extraction pro- cess was summarized to provide reference for further research and application.
