摘  要:使用Chelex-100提取牛肉组织DNA,并用紫外分光光度法检测所提取的DNA浓度和纯度,结果表明所提取的DNA A260 nm/A280 nm在1.662~1.826之间,纯度较高。Real-time PCR扩增提取的DNA模板,表现出较高的敏感性。该DNA提取方法效率较高,操作简便,能够获得较高质量的DNA,适合检疫部门的快速检测需要。Chelex-100 was used to extract DNA from beef tissue. The DNA samples were then tested by UV spectrophotome- try. The resnhs revealed that A260nm/A280nm, of DNA was 1.662-1.826. Real-time PCR results showed good sensitivity. The pro- cesses of DNA extraction method was simple, rapid and able to obtain DNA with high quality, which could be used for rapid detection of animal tissue by inspect and quarantine department.
