农产品质量安全法律监管制度探究

摘　　要：农产品质量安全关系到广大消费者的身体健康,更是关系到国民经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定。但是,近年来我国出现了不少农产品质量安全问题,造成了严重的危害,消费者开始重视农产品质量安全,并越来越关注农产品质量。毫无疑问,农产品质量安全问题存在的原因是复杂的,但是归根结底则是在于法律监管制度的不完善乃至缺失。完善农产品质量安全监管制度,需要从立法、执法等方面着手,完善农产品质量管理体系,关键是要加强对农产品生产、运输、加工等全程的安全监管。Quality and safety of agricultural products related to the health of consumers, related to the development of na- tional economy and social harmony and stability. However, in recent years, China is seeing a lot of quality and safety issues that caused serious harm. Consumers attached importance to quality and safety of agricultural products, and increasingly con- cerned about the quality of agricultural products. There is no doubt that the reason for quality and safety problems are com- plex. But in the end it is because the legal supervision system is imperfect and even missing. In order to improve the quality and safety regulatory system, legislation, law enforcement and other aspects needed to be started from. To improve the quality management system of agricultural products, the key is to strengthen the safety supervision of the whole course as agriculture products producing, transportation, processing and so on.
