摘 要:采用室内水培法,以小麦品种花培3号和豫麦57杂交F1经染色体加倍获得的DH群体168个株系为材料,研究不同浓度铬(Cr6+)胁迫下小麦幼苗的发育性状。结果表明:随着Cr6+处理浓度的增加,小麦幼苗各性状值逐渐降低,其中生物量变化最为显著,且根、茎鲜重降低幅度明显大于干重。根受Cr6+胁迫影响大于幼苗,根据根长抑制率公式计算,两种处理浓度下根长抑制率分别为37.96%、41.68%;小麦幼苗各指标差异均达显著水平,主根长度差异最大,根长抑制率效应显著,由根长抑制率线性回归方程计算,Cr6+胁迫下小麦幼苗的半致死浓度和极限浓度分别为125.38 mg/L和280.36 mg/L。168 DH lines, which obtained by doubling chromosome of hybrid F1 of Huapei 3xYumai 57 with laboratory hydroponics method, were used as material to study the developmental characters of wheat seedlings under different concentrations of chrome(CrY). The results indicated that with increasing concentration of Cr6+, the value of each character of wheat seedling gradually decreased, in which the biomass changed the most significantly, and the decreasing amplitudes of fresh root weight and fresh stem weight were obviously higher than that of dry root weight and dry stem weight; the impact of Cr6+ stress on roots was more than that on seedlings, and according to the formula of inhibition rate for root length, the inhibition rate of root length under two concentrations was 37.96% and 41.68%, respectively; the differences in each index of wheat seedlings all reached significant level, in which the difference in length of main root was the most significant, and the difference in inhibition rate of root length was significant; according to the linear regression equation for inhibition rate of root length, the half lethal concentration and the limit concentration of Cr6+ for wheat seedlings were 125.38 mg/L and 280.36 mg/L, respectively.
