摘 要:文章研究了等离子体技术在全棉帆布退煮前处理中的应用效果,织物经过等离子体预处理之后,退煮工艺条件明显变得柔和,可以减少NaOH等退煮化学药剂的用量,退煮汽蒸时间较传统工艺缩短了1/3,经过成本核算,等离子体联合退煮工艺比传统退煮工艺成本低,而且生产效率高,环境污染小。An investigation into the application of the plasma technology to the desizing of cotton canvas is carried out and compares its results with those of the conventional method.It is found that for equal effect,the desizing process for the plasma treated fabric becomes mild obviously,also it needs less chemicals as NaOH and steaming time is cut by one thirds compared to the conventional process.The cost accounting shows that the plasma-wet treatment process is characterized by low cost,high production efficiency,and less pollution to environment.
