摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物(Si-69)对粉煤灰(FA)/废胶粉(URP)复合材料进行增容,考察了偶联剂用量和加入方式对复合材料性能的影响,并对复合材料的结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,KH-550和Si-69均可以改善FA与URP的相容性,提高复合材料的力学性能;Si-69的增容效果好于KH-550,最佳的Si-69/FA/URP(质量比)为1.0/40/100。采用硅烷偶联剂与FA混合、再与URP混合的分步加入方式,与同步加入方式相比,制备的复合材料更易成型,且复合材料的力学性能、耐磨性能和耐热老化性能更好。与KH-550相比,用Si-69改性的FA/URP复合材料,其相界面更为模糊,无孔洞。硅烷偶联剂改性的FA/URP复合材料中有Si—O生成。The fly ash (FA)/used rubber powder (URP) composites were compatibilized with silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane (KH- 550 ) and bis-( T-triethoxysilylpropyl )-tetrasulfide (Si-69). The effects of coupling agent amount and adding method on properties of the composites were studied. The morphology and structure of FA/URP composites were characterized. The results showed that both KH-550 and Si-69 could improve the com- patibility between FA and URP, thus enhancing the mechanical properties of composites. The compatibi- lization effect of Si-69 was better than that of KH- 550. The optimal Si-69/FA/URP (mass ratio) was 1.0/40/100. The stepwise adding method of silane coupling agents was used to prepare composites, by which the silane coupling agents was mixed with FA firstly, and then blended with URP. The composites prepared were easily formed, and their mechanical properties, wear resistance and thermal aging resist- ance were better than those of the composites pre- pared by silane coupling agent one-step adding method. The interphase of Si-69 modified FA/URP composites was more blurred than that of KH-550, and there was no holes. Si--O was formed in the si- lane coupling agent modified FA/URP composites.
