摘  要:介绍一种组合式芯棒在共挤双层复合塑料管材机头的模具设计应用;为了提高复合管材的密实度和物料的加工性能,对机头的结构特点进行了优化设计,在芯棒处增设了阻流和缓冲槽装置。结果表明:机头设计合理,与普通挤出管材机头相比,物料具有塑化性能好,挤出稳定,管材密实强度高。Design and applications of a head of the mold were introduced. In order to modular mandrel in co-extruded composite plastic pipe at the improve the density of composite pipe and materials processing performance, the head of the structural features was optimally designed, the blocking buffer tank installations were added at the mandrel. The results showed : head design was reasonable, compared with ordinary pipe ex- trusion die; the material had good plastics performance, extrusion was stable, pipe was in dense high strength
