摘　　要：国际金融规则反映了国际金融领域的共同要求以及规则制定主导方和参与方的利益诉求,既定的规则体系制约着既有国际金融格局的作用并影响着国际金融格局的走向。未来,新兴市场将更多地参与国际金融规则的制订,国际货币体系监督将实现对发达国家监督和对发展中国家监督的平衡,全球范围内金融监管将修补危机中暴露出的缺陷,金融监管的标准趋同化和协调性将加强,非官方组织与官方组织、半官方组织的合作将进一步加强。The international financial rules reflect the request of international financial world and meet the benefits of rules makers includingthe dominators and other participants.The existing international financial rules system constraints and influences the role and the future evolvingdirection of international financial pattern.In the future,the emerging market economies will participate in the international financial rules makingmore actively;the international monetary system supervision will balance supervision against developing countries and supervision against developedcountries;global financial regulation and supervision will repair the deficiencies exposed in recent financial crisis;standard unification and activitycoordination of financial regulation and supervision will be strengthened;the cooperation among non-official organizations,quasi-officialorganizations and official organizations will be strengthened.
