摘  要:我国医务人员职业道德主要来源包括3个方面:古代医德要求、西方医德要求、现代医德要求,而当前新世纪医师职业精神已被世界各国广泛接受。根据最新调查结果,患者对医务人员道德评价总体情况良好,但仍存弊端。针对于此,公立医院医务人员道德建设工作机制应从以下3方面着手:医改政策跟进落实、职业道德监督审查和职业道德长效教育。Themain sources of medical staffprofessional moral in China included three aspects: ancient medical moral, western medical moral at/d/requirements of modem medical ethics. However, the new century physician pro'fessionalism has been widely accepted around the world cttrrently. According to the latest survey outcome, the overall evaluation from patients to medical staff moral was in good condition, but still had some drawbacks. In light of this, the construction of public hospital medical staff working mechanism of the moral should do from the following'three aspects: to follow up the implementation of health reform policy, to supervise and review the professional ethics Of staffand to educate ~'em in a long-term.
