摘  要:大红山某铁矿样原来采用"磁选粗选+再磨(90%-200目)+磁选、重选精选+精选尾矿重选"的流程方案,由于铁精矿要用管道运输,细度要求达到80%-325目,所得铁精矿还需再磨,因此有必要考虑在更细再磨条件下的选矿试验,最终确定采用磁选粗选+再磨(80%-325目)+磁选精选+精选尾矿重选(摇床或离心机)流程,得到了较好的选矿指标。Originally, 'rougher magnetic separation + regrinding (90% -200 mesh) + magnetic separation, gravity cleaning, gravity separation for cleaning tailings' flow scheme is adopted for the iron ore sample of Dahongshan, due to iron concentrate shall be trans- ported by pipeline transportation, and the fineness requirement is 80% -325 mesh, and the achieved iron concentrate shall be reground, so, it is necessary to carry out the dressing experiment under more fine regrinding condition, finally, the following flow is confirmed to be used and get better benefieiation target, the final flow is' rougher magnetic separation + regrinding (80% -325 mesh) + cleaning magnetic separation, gravity separation (shaking table or centrifuge) for cleaning railings.
