摘　　要：阐述了氯化法钛白粉后处理生产工序中压滤洗涤系统的工艺改进,使用一种新型的隔膜压滤机和一种新的过滤洗涤方式对包膜后的钛白粉浆料进行过滤洗涤脱水,最终形成合格的滤饼供到干燥工序进行干燥。经过改进后,提高过滤洗涤的生产能力,降低能耗,提高过滤洗涤的效果。The technology improvement of filter pressing and scrubbing system in the post treatment of chlorination TiO2 pigment production is expatiated in this paper, which adopts a kind of new type membrane filter press and a kind of new filtering and scrubbing meth- od to filtering, scrubbing and dewatering of TiO2 slurry, and the final formed filter cake shall be dried in drying procedure. The production capacity of filtering and scrubbing is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the filtering and scrubbing effect is improved after process improvement.
