摘　　要：使用ARL3460型直读光谱仪测定硅钢中氮的含量。研究了合适的分析条件及确定了分析样品的制备要求,调整、制作出能够准确测定氮含量在0.0080%～0.0130%的工作曲线,进行了准确度和精密度的测试,将生产试样分别采用光谱法和LECO-TCH600气体法进行对比,实践表明分析结果准确,符合国标分析允差要求。ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer is used for determination of nitrogen content in silicon steel. The suitable analysis condition is researched and the preparation requirements of analysis sample are confirmed, thereby the working curve can be made that the nitrogen content in 0. 0080%- 0. 0130% can be accurately determined; and the accuracy and precision tests are also proceed; the comparison between spectrometry and LECO-TCH600 gas method are adopted for the production sample separately, the analysis results are accurate through the practice, which can meet the analysis allowable error requirements of national standards.
