摘  要:以小麦杂交组合C49S-87/01Y1-1069 F2群体为材料,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对小麦×玉米杂交单倍体胚成胚率的遗传效应进行分析。结果表明,F2群体的单倍体胚成胚率呈混合正态分布,符合主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,最佳模型为B6,即单倍体胚成胚率由2对等显性主基因控制;主基因遗传率较低,仅为43.46%,表明非遗传因素对小麦材料单倍体胚成胚率的影响更大。The inheritance of wheat haploid embryo production frequency(EPF) in wheat × maize cross was investigated with a F2 population derived from C49S-87/01Y1-1069 by using the mixed major gene plus polygene genetic model of quantitative traits.The frequency distribution of EPF in the population showed characteristics of a mixed normal distribution,suggesting that the inheritance of EPF followed a major gene plus polygene model.And the model B6 was the most suitable one for the trait,i.e.the EPF was controlled by two co-dominance major genes,the heritability of major genes were lower at 43.6 %, indicating that non-genetic factors possibly had more influence on EPF in wheat × maize cross.
