摘 要:为探索提高粳型巨胚稻种子发芽率方法,给粳型巨胚稻育秧技术的改进提供理论参考,采用PEG-6000对粳型巨胚稻西巨胚1号种子进行不同方式浸种。结果表明,采用清水引发PEG液培养的水分胁迫处理方法降低了种子的活力,不利于种子萌发,随着PEG浓度的升高,发芽率降低,开始发芽的时间延后,群体发芽所需的时间延长;采用PEG引发清水培养的水分胁迫处理方法在PEG质量浓度15%以下时对种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,大于15%反起抑制作用。In order to explore the method of decreasing the germination rate of seed of the japonica giant Embryo rice and provide theory guide for the improvement of seedling raising technology,the experiment of seed sowing was conducted by using PEG-6000 with Xi-giant Embryo-1.The results indicated that different experimental methods make a great difference in results.The results indicated that the treatment that culture with different concentration PEG water after 24 hours water seed soaking can decrease the seed vigor,and was unfavorable to seed germination.With increasing concentration of PEG,the germination rate was decreased and the seed germination occurs later,so the time of population germination will be prolonged, Under water culture after 24 hours seed soaking with the concentration PEG water below 15 %,the seed germination were promoted,but when the concentration of PEG was higher than 15 %,the seed germination was inhibited.
