摘  要:于室内测定了21种植物提取物对荔枝蒂蛀虫成虫产卵的影响。结果表明,有3种植物提取物的产卵忌避率在70%以上,分别是灵香草82.0%、枫杨74.4%、地黄连71.7%。对灵香草乙醇提取物进行萃取分离,得5个分离组分,进一步的活性测定结果表明,活性成分主要存在于氯仿萃取部分和脂溶性部分,其产卵忌避率分别为93.7%和91.8%,说明灵香草氯仿萃取部分的产卵忌避活性最高。The current in-door experiment was undertaken to assess the effects of twenty-one plant extracts on adults Conopomorpha.The results indicated that the ovipoisition deterrence rates of the three plant extracts: Lysimachia foenum-graecum, Pterocarya stenoptera and Melia sinica were over 70 %,to be more specific,82.0 %,74.4 % and 71.7 %,respectively.Ethanol extract of Lysimachia foenum-graecum was isolated,and five parts of different polarities were collected.The further test results suggested that the chloroform part and fat-soluble part were the main active components of Lysimachia foenum-graecum.Their ovipoisition deterrence rates were 93.7 % and 91.8 %,respectively.Therefore the ovipoisition deterrence rate of the Lysimachia foenum-graecum extract was the highest.
