摘 要:对广西靖西寄生植物菟丝子上分离的生防真菌进行研究,为菟丝子的生物防治提供依据。采集寄生于豆科羊蹄甲属植物羊蹄甲上具有炭疽病斑的日本菟丝子,分离病原并扩大培养,进行致病性鉴定。柯赫氏法则证明该病由真菌YTJ-8侵染引起;根据YTJ-8的形态学特征和ITS序列分析比较,推定其为尖孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum acutatum)。Aimed at providing scientific evidence for biological prevention and control of dodder,bio-control fungus isolated from dodder belonging to parasitic plants was studied in this paper.The Colletorichum strains were isolated from Cuscuta japonica that parasitized Bauhinia variegate,and then pathogens were isolated and cultivated.Koch's postulation proved that the disease was caused by fungus YTJ-8 infection.According to morphology and ITS sequence comparison and analysis,the strain YTJ-8 was identified as Colletotrichum acutatum.
