摘  要:采用基于NI CompactRIO控制器开发的燃气轮机发电机组测控系统,利用LabVIEW语言开发了具有燃机启动控制、闭环式转速控制及温度保护功能软件,对开发的测控系统进行突增和突降燃机25%负荷的试验。结果表明,本测控系统在突增或突降负荷时,使燃机最大瞬时减速或增速不超过设定转速的7%,能够在负荷变化很短时间内恢复到与最终稳态转速的偏差小于1%,满足船舶燃气轮机通用规范的要求。The measurement and control system of a gas turbine power generator is developed based on NI CompactRIO controller. The development of control system software is based on programming language LabVIEW, whose function is start-up control, closed-loop speed control and temperature protection. In order to prove the design, experiments are carried out on the control system on conditions of both a sudden increase and a decrease of load by 25 %. The experimental results show that, in time of sudden of increase or decrease of load, the control system in question is able to ensure that gas turbine's instantaneous speed doesn' t exceed 7% of the set rotating speed and can also stabilize the speed in a short time and eventually the deviation is less than 1%. The adjustment is fast, accurate and the operation is easy and convenient. This control system can satisfy the marine gas turbine general demands.
