渣洗工艺冶金效果分析与评测

摘　　要：综合国内外文献对渣洗工艺进行了简要介绍,阐述了国内外渣洗料的发展及其冶金特性,并结合某钢铁企业的生产数据分析了渣洗工艺冶炼效果,结果表明,通过渣洗工艺处理可以对钢液起到脱氧、脱硫、去除钢中夹杂物的作用。It briefly introduced the slag washing process based on documentations at home and abroad, stated its devel- opment and metallurgical characteristics and at the same time analyzed metallurgical effect of slag washing process combi- ning with production darns from iron and steel plant. Results shown deoxidation, desulfation and inclusions removing could be achieved from liquid steel through slag washing.
